David Hasselhoff Rushed to Hospital Again After Alcohol Poisoning

57-year-old David Hasselhoff suffered another episode of alcohol poisoning on Saturday, requiring an emergency rush to the hospital at Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai Medical center. And once again a child he is supposed to be taking care of, 16-year-old daughter Hayley discovered her dad passed out on the floor of his home in Encino, California and frantically phoned her mother and Hasselhoff’s ex-wife actress Pamela Bach, for help. The former Baywatch star, has been battling a severe alcohol addiction for years, and his daughter Taylor then also sixteen, famously recorded her dad pitifully drunk trying to eat a hamburger, which became a Youtube classic.

This time a RadarOnline source claims that a frightened Hayley kept “slapping her dad’s face” to keep him alive. “He was barely breathing when they got him at the hospital.” He’s now recovering but registered a staggering .39. alcohol level, while the drunk driving threshold in California is 08. Pam was reportedly at his bedside till 4a.m. this morning. This is about the 10th time he’s been taken to a hospital over the last few years with alcohol poisoning, many of which have been unreported according to sources.  Is Hasselhoff just beyond any self control or is he just trying to kill himself?  Either way it’s horrible he keeps putting his daughters through this.

Update: The Hoff’s spokesperson laughed off the story saying the reports were totally exaggerated and his client is doing fine. The Hoff’s lawyer tells TMZ that he thinks Pamela leaked the story to Radar.
