Britney Spears mulling marriage with millionaire mogul?

Like her tour, life for Britney is just one, endless Circus. Last month, word leaked out that, while Big-Daddy Spears back was turned, little Brit’s interest in a backup dancer called ‘Geo’ was getting quite hot and heavy. Then we were told that ‘Geo’ was toast and she was schmoozing a new man with the moves – Chase Benz, who’s a mere 21.

Well, stay tuned, boys and girls — this ride’s about to get bumpy, and a whole lot more fun! During one of her recent relaxations in rehab, Brit is said to have encountered a Real Estate wizard named John Sundahl…

And the word from John’s team is they’re going to get hitched!

The 40-year old multimillionaire met Britney, 28, in rehab in 2007, and friends say he fell head-over-heels. The two reunited at her show in New Jersey and are now engaged and planning to make it a permanent join. According to John’s personal pilot, Lance Chase, John got down on one knee in a Subway in Santa Monica last week and presented the star with a $4.5-million marquise diamond ring he bought at a very upscale German jewelry store. “They plan to get married at his Aunt’s farm in Germany in six weeks,” says the fly-boy. “It’s very hush-hush, even to us. He’s even putting a $350K fence round the property.”

As for the ‘groom,’ he’s now visiting his folks in Woodland Hills, California and was really reluctant to talk to the press; “I don’t want to talk about that,” he said firmly, before letting a few morsels slip about the unconfirmed plans. “Britney doesn’t want to do anything until the tour is over. She wants press for her tour and not an engagement,” is all he would say.

Calls to Brit’s reps were made to get information, but the comeback was not so rewarding. “Britney is not engaged, she did not get proposed to at Subway – she is currently on tour.” they explained. “She is not getting married, she did not receive a $4.5-million ring. Oh, and she has not been abducted by aliens either!”
