Chris Brown disses Rihanna with do-over lover

Anyone else with his history might take some time off from dating, but life for Chris Brown has already moved on. The troubled R&B singer is not only back on the dating scene, he’s recycling a past love affair.

The word is that Chris is dating former flame Ericka Jackson, a student at the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia, or so says the NY Daily Post. “They dated back in the day and reconnected a few weeks ago when Chris was in town.” say a reliable source. “They’ve been spending a lot of time together, but things really heated up over the last two weeks.”

The new couple were spied leaving a tattoo parlor on Sunset Blvd. on Saturday, but the proprietor is being cagey about what was done, or to whom. And this was just one of many such sightings. While friends concede Ms. Jackson is not in Rihanna’s league, they seem to agree she’ll be good for him mentally after his recent problems.  “Erica has a good head on her shoulders; she’s solid,” says the source. And she’s helping to ease Chris’ pain over Rihanna. He was mad in love with that girl.”

But the real madness is apparently due to drop on Rihanna. “She is going to be pissed!” says a friend of the singer. “Ri is going to be so hurt that Chris has moved on so quick and is parading this new girl around town.” However upset  she might be, it’s unlikely to affect Ri’s cooperation with the Los Angeles DA. Her lawyer, Donald Etra, says she’s loaded for bear; “She will do everything that the law requires…nothing has changed,” he explained.

On April 6, Chris entered a plea of not guilty to charges of felony assault and making criminal threats, and his legal bills are already so large, he’s had to sell one of his houses in his hometown of Tappahannock, VA just to keep them under control.
