Pink and Carey Hart may soon reunite

When the marriage of Pink and her hubby Carey Hart imploded in 2008, the crater it caused left no room for doubt — those two were over. Hasta la Vista — it’s done! But apparently, we got it wrong – the buff biker and Pinky are working things out.

Hitched in Costa Rica in January ’06, their marriage went sour in less than two years. Pink even wrote her No 1 hit ‘So What’ about the sad split. But now the recycled lovebirds have been spotted hiking together, and even sharing romantic bike rides before Pink, 29, left for a tour. “We’re rebuilding,” Carey is quoted as saying in British newspaper, The Sun. “Sometimes you have to take a couple of steps back to move forward.”

One possible cause of their marital conflict was Pink’s total devotion to her work and the fans, but 33-year old Carey admits that’s a turn-on. “She’s so dedicated to her fans and doing live shows,” he says kindly of the silver-topped songbird who was christened Alecia Moore. “She might not see the success of a Britney, but the girl sells a lot of albums. She’s incredible!”

Fame can sure take its toll, but Carey also keeps busy – His ‘Hart & Huntington Tattoo Co.’ has launched a new venue at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas, just a few blocks from his ‘Wasted Space’ venue and bar. “It’s such a cool crowd, and they’re very rock ‘n’ roll.” he explained to the scribes. And as if that weren’t enough, his racing career is expanding to trucks. “I just got into Short-Core truck racing,” he says with a mischievous grin, “It’s like super cross in race trucks.”

Pink, 29, has told friends their new future could involve “beach babies and sunshine,” but Carey has no plans to slow down, “I’m just focusing on my business and being a great athlete again. It’s something that’s in me. I’ll be that guy who’s 70 years old and pounding through the desert on a dirt bike.”

That’s a wonderful plan. I just hope his Snuggie doesn’t catch in the spokes.
