Isaiah Washington facing eviction and debt

Former Grey’s Anatomy star, Isaiah Washington, is said to be having problems at home. He may soon need a new one.

Best known as Dr. Preston Burke on the ABC drama, before being released from his contract in 2007 after allegations of homophobic remarks, the 45-year old Actor apparently owes $100k in back-rent and may be about to discover the joys of sleeping under the stars if the money is not forthcoming. And soon! The landlord for the $3.6-million home in Venice, CA, tells TMZ the Actor is five-months in arrears and he, his wife and three children will be receiving court papers as soon as today, demanding he makes up the payments or leaves.

The eviction procedures are already in motion, and Washington is reportedly planning to vacate the elegant home regardless of whether he is served with the papers. But with $100,000 to find before he can leave, and a reputation from his days on GA that makes any future employment highly improbable, it’s hard to see how the Actor can successfully turn this around.
