Freida Pinto screens for next Bond flick

Slumdog Millionaire’s ravishing actress Freida Pinto whose lately been on the cover of Vogue and almost all other fashion magazines could soon be the next Bond girl after bosses of the spy franchise have extended her an invitation to screen test for the next installment.

Post Danny Boyle’s Slumdog Millionaire sweeping 8 Oscars, four Golden Globe awards and 7 BAFTAs the girl from India is Hollywood’s hottest property. The news seems a bit more credible since Bond executive producer Barbara Broccoli has Danny Boyle possibly seated on the director’s chair.

According to a source close to Broccoli “Freida came to the attention of the Bond team when they were casting Quantum of Solace,” and added that at that time “She was too young at the time to have a part as a love interest for a secret agent.”

“But she has blossomed into an incredibly stunning young woman and would look perfect on Daniel Craig’s arm.”

The Mumbai born actress is leaving no stone unturned in her bid to make a successful transition from acting in Indian TV series to becoming the darling of Hollywood and has hired the LA agent of Oscar winning actress Kate Winslet to achieve success.

The girl actress is making a style statement at each red carpet appearance and has been picked by top fashion magazines as being amongst the best dresses woman in Hollywood recently. Freida received a major boost to her new Hollywood career after being signed to star in Woody Allen’s new movie.
