Hayden Panettiere acting badly toward Milo Ventimiglia on Heroes set?

One might have assumed that Hayden Panettiere and boyfriend Milo Ventimiglia amicably split, but a new story makes you wonder. It is now rumored that Hayden is scheming to get her Heroes’ co-star kicked off of the show.

The news was broken by a supposed close friend of Hayden who told Ok Magazine “She refuses to be on the set at the same time as him,” and added, “She is making it difficult for everyone involved.”

An interesting angle to the showdown (if you can call it a showdown) was revealed by Panettiere’s pal that Milo (who is 31 and presumably more mature) on the other hand is not resorting to such low levels. The source said: “He’s not going to play any games or stoop to her level. ”

It seems though that Hayden has been on edge of late as she reportedly lost her cool at a fundraiser gala in Hawaii this weekend, blasting a reporter for touching her shoulder.

The “Heroes” star allegedly yelled “back up” to photographers as she was walking the red carpet at a charity event on Sunday.

The 19-year-old then barked “Don’t you ever touch me” to a reporter who had tapped her on the shoulder to ask for an interview, before telling the on-looking press, “You all make my life miserable,” according to Us Weekly magazine.
