Jewel Kilcher and Nancy O’Dell Withdraw from DWTS

I guess ballroom dancing is tougher then it looks. Olympic Volleyball Gold Medalist Misty Mae Trainer went out with an ankle injury that required surgery last season. And before this season has even started two more ladies have gone down with serious leg injuries. People Magazine reports that singer Jewel Kilcher and Access Hollywood host Nancy O’Dell are withdrawing from participating in Dancing with the Stars, ABC announced Thursday.
Both women have suffered knee injuries during rehearsals in recent weeks. Jewel was diagnosed with a fractured tibia in both legs, while O’Dell has a torn meniscus that will require surgery. We know former ‘Girl Next Door’ Holly Madison will be filling in for Jewel (see post below). But who will step in for Nancy remains to be seen.
