Fatboy Slim checks himself into rehab
Fatboy Slim aka Norman Cook checked himself into a rehab for alcohol addiction after friends said they were concerned about his drinking.
The 45-year-old Englishman who is married and has a nine-year-old son, first found fame as a member of the Eighties band The Housemartins. They had a number one hit in 1986 with a version of Caravan of Love but split two years later.
After a spell with the band Beats International, he reinvented himself as Fatboy Slim whose music was an instant success. His biggest hit songs include the 1999 Praise You and The Rockafeller Skank.
