‘Criminal Minds’ actress to Wed Girlfriend

‘Criminal Minds’ actress Kirsten Vangsness is planning a spring wedding after getting engaged to longtime girlfriend Melanie Goldstein, the actress tells People Magazine exclusively.

“I never thought I would want to do it,” says Vangsness, who plays computer expert Penelope Garcia on the CBS drama. “Then when you meet the person, you’re like, ‘I want to marry you. I don’t care if there’s a law against it!’”

The actress is planning on a southern wedding in Texas, with Goldstein, also in the ‘biz’ as an assistant editor on ’24.’
