Jennifer Aniston holds her ground as she attends Academy Awards with boyfriend John Mayer
 
Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer solidified their “power couple” status attend the annual Academy Awards together. Take that, Brangelina!
It was a big night for Jen looking stunning in a cream Valentino column dress while presenting the award for Best Animated Feature with comedian Jack Black – right in front of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, who sat front and center.
But Aniston held her ground, making jokes with Jolie’s Kung Fu Panda costar, Black and smiling at Pitt. It is first time all three have been in the same room since Pitt and Aniston split in 2005.
It was Mayer’s first Oscars and the first time the couple attended an awards show -Â together.
They bypassed the red carpet hoopla, they still posed for pictures inside the Kodak Theater before the show looking very happy together.
