New details have been been released in the recent settlement of the bitter legal battle between Melanie Brown and Eddie Murphy. After a 15 month battle that took place after Murphy originally denied being the father to Angel Iris until DNA tests proved he was the comedian and actor is going to pay big. Murphy has been ordered to pay out $51,000 a month in child support. Since Murphy will have to pay until now 22 month old Iris reaches 18, the total package comes out to more than $10 million dollars! One would think if Murphy hadn’t been such a hard head about the whole thing he might have been able to settle with the former Spice Girl for a lot less. Reportedly Murphy has also finally agreed to see little Angel Iris. After giving birth to Angel Iris in April 2007, Mel married producer Stephen Belafonte in Las Vegas in secret two months later.
