Jewel to participate in Dancing with the Stars season 8

The complete list of names for ABC’s forthcoming season of Dancing With the Stars will be released on February 8, but a few names have been leaked to build anticipation. Singer Jewel Kilcher has reportedly signed on to the eighth season of the dance competition series. Friends say Jewel loves to dance, and the songstress, who wed retired rodeo champ Ty Murray last summer, is also looking to shape up as she boogies down. Life & Style magazine is reporting that dlist attention seeking celebs, Denise Richards and ‘Jackass’ star Stephen ‘Steve-O’ Glover will also take to the dance floor. Others who have been previously linked to the show but are probably doubtful include Heidi Klum, Sarah Palin, Cindy McCain and Kevin Federline. The new series of ‘Dancing with the Stars’ begins on American television next month.  Donny Osmond has also mentioned appearing but it’s speculated it will be on season 9.
