Report: Guy Ritchie won’t fight Madonna in custody battle to keep kids in Britain

British papers are reporting, Madonna has won a court order to move little Rocco Ritchie and David Banda, the sons she shares with English director Guy Ritchie, to New York City. Older daughter Lourdes was always going to stay with her mom, which made it it a difficult decision for Guy. In the end Guy reportedly gave up full custody of his kids to his ex wife to avoid splitting up the family.
Rocco, eight, and adopted David, three, will still see a lot of them. “He is already making plans to visit the children in America and looking at the possibility of them having holidays in England.”
A source tells the Daily Mirror: “It is quite simple in Guy’s eyes – Rocco comes before him.
“He has always put Rocco and David’s future ahead of his own and this is why he has relented.
“He is adamant he wants to keep the boys and their sister Lourdes together. He does not want to tear them apart from each other. Guy is telling Rocco and David he will still see them a lot.
“He is already making plans to visit the children in America and looking at the possibility of them having holidays in England.”
Guy is also expected to look after the children if Madonna is on tour.
Madonna’s agreement with Guy is temporary but is expected to be made permanent within two weeks.
The source added: “The arrangements should be sorted in the next few days. Negotiations have been fairly amicable.”
