Patrick Swayze to author book

I kind-of hate to put it this way, but Patrick Swayze  is making the most of his time here on earth while he can. He’s already taken on being the star of a new TV series ‘The Beast’ while currently undergoing a very public battle with pancreatic cancer. The actor-dancer-singer Patrick Swayze will soon be able to add “author” to his list of credentials now. Sources tell HollywoodInsider he will be accepting offers next week for a book co-written with his wife, Lisa. No word yet on what the book will focus on or when it will hit bookstands, but it’s rumored to be an inspirational-type tome.
