Jennifer Lopez says: “Divorce is not — and was never — an option”

With reports claiming that their marriage is on the rocks and even a rumor that Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony would split on Valentine’s Day, J.Lo has finally spoken out about mounting divorce rumors.

“Every time I’m not wearing my ring, people think I’m getting divorced,” Jennifer tells In Touch magazine. “Divorce is not — and was never — an option.”

Of course it doesn’t mean their marriage is perfect. In fact it seems they have been having problems, with the growing pains naturally associated with raising 10-month-old twins Max and Emme.

But if J.Lo has gone on record (unlike Madonna who’s silence was deafening before her divorce) it convinces me the Valentine rumors are not going to come true.  Long term whether Marc and Jen make it remains to be seen.
