“Dexter” Brother And Sister Are Now Real-life Husband and Wife

If you have never caught the Showtime series ‘Dexter’ it’s pretty out there, but an interesting story line about a serial killer, who hunts other serial killers. And if you are a fan, you might be interested to know that the actor who plays Dexter Michael C. Hall, and his onscreen sister Jennifer Carpenter, are now husband and wife. Hall’s spokesman, Craig Bankey, said today, that the couple eloped in California on New Year’s Eve.

At their wedding, Carpenter’s grandfather’s wedding band was attached to her bouquet of white roses. Hall, 37, and Carpenter, 29, just finished the third season of “Dexter,” have been quietly dating for about a year and a half. When the couple moved in together, it reportedly angered bosses at cable network Showtime, who feared the romance will confuse fans of the show. They’ll walk the red carpet together at the Golden Globe Awards on Sunday, the first time publicly acknowledging their relationship.
