Jamie Spears Officially Permanent Keeper As Britney Revs Up Tour

Britney Spears has been attempting a come back for the last few years, with a rather dismal attempt in 2007, when she released her single ‘Gimme More’, a song that created more inside jokes then it did sales, and only drew a short mini-tour at the House of Blues.
However, the new year is being good to Britney, and as we said goodbye to 2008, she seemed to say goodbye to her bad luck (and temporary bout of ‘the crazies’). While her new tour is off to a bit of a slow start after a bit of flakiness from the Queen of Pop, and rumored tension that may have led to her choreographer, Wade Robson, splitting, she seems to be heading back on track.
With a new, drug free dance crew on her side, and a new feeling of dedication from Britney herself, has given a chance for the former train wreck to claw her way back to the top, and with the successful release of ‘Circus’, it only seems more likely that her fall from grace will be a thing of the past.
“A lot of people are being very positive about her comeback,” said a source from her camp. “She’s more optimistic.”
Meanwhile a few days ago, court papers were filed making it official that Britney is now under the command of lawyer Andrew Wallet and Daddy Jamie Spears for life. A judge made the ruling back in October, but the conservatorship became legally permanent on Monday. Brit agreed with the decision. The order states that Britney isn’t quite right in the brains just yet, so she is “unable properly to provide for her personal needs for physical health, food, clothing, or shelter.”
OK! Magazine says that the main reason to make Daddy Spears Britney’s permanent keeper involved her world tour. Apparently, she couldn’t get insured unless the conservatorship was in place. They were originally going to take the chains off of her on December 31st, but when they found out nobody would insure her because of her previous instabilities, they had to make it permanent (for now).
