Pregnant Kelly Rutherford files for divorce

Kelly Rutherford and her entrepreneur husband, Daniel Giersch, who are expecting their second child in June, are splitting up. Kelly 40, who is still doing breast feeding duty for her talking two-year-old son, Hermès, filed legal papers for divorce in L.A. County Superior Court. This was the second marriage for Kelly who ironically plays serial divorceé Lily van der Woodsen on “Gossip Girl.”
Hate to see her getting divorced while she is pregnant. That is a lot of extra stress to go through while the baby is developing.
she is so shallow and cold…she should have never had kids…she works way too many hours to be a good mom…she is a mediocre actress and a terrible mom..i feel bad for her husband…he is probably wondering what he got himself into…he is regretting it big time…does she remember what she did to Carlos Tarajano??
