Kathy Griffin’s Off-Color Remark From New Year’s Eve (VIDEO)
Posted on January 2nd, 2009 by Hot MommaCNN decided to team Anderson Cooper and Kathy Griffin to co-host their live New Year’s Eve show, and Kathy made Anderson blush or perhaps cringe on more than one occasion.
When she said she may host a reunion of “Bad Girls Club” during a reality show conversation, she started to catch some flack from Anderson and an off-screen heckler for her new job.
Griffin begins to respond to remarks yelled at her from the crowd. It eventually escalates, and Cooper sends viewers off to a commercial break. The image changes to show revelers along Bourbon Street in New Orleans, but we can still hear Griffin, who delivers a sharp jab to her detractor.
“Shut up!” she cries. “You know what, screw you! I’m working! Why don’t you get a job, buddy!”
Violating the rule of ‘don’t make lewd cracks when you’re wearing a hot microphone’ Kathy spewed out the following just before they can get to break: “I don’t go to your job and knock the dicks out of your mouth” (which is a line from Mr. Show).
