Hugh Hefner who recently took up with twins after splitting from his trio of “Girls Next Door” girlfriends Kendra, Holly and Bridget, has sent out his annual holiday card, The 2008 version features the 82-year old in his standard uniform of silk robe and pajamas posing with his twin girlfriends Karissa and Kristina Shannon.
