Lance Armstrong and girlfriend are expecting a baby

Multiple Tour De France winner Lance Armstrong seems to have been rejuvenated. Not only is he returning to racing, but he’s also gonna be a father for the fourth time (a small miracle) according to a new report.
Perez Hilton says that Lance is expecting a baby with his girlfriend, Anna Hansen.
“Lance and Anna have been quietly dating since July,” a source tells the celeb blogger. “They met through Lance’s charity work. Anna works at a non-profit for cancer survivors.”
Actress Kate Hudson and Lance Armstrong broke off their 3 month old relationship toward the end of July.
On an interesting side note after Armstrong found out he had testicular cancer in the ’90s, he had his sperm frozen. The three children Lance had — Luke, 9, and twins Isabella and Grace, 7, with ex-wife Kristin (they divorced in 2003), were conceived through in vitro (Latin for within the glass).
Now, years later, his sperm is active again – something that only occurs in a handful of testicular cancer survivors.
Lance and Anna’s baby was not planned but the couple are said to be thrilled.
