Travis Barker gives first televised interview
Musician and former Reality TV star Travis Barker gave his first televised interview, almost two months after being critically injured in a tragic plane crash in South Carolina,
The former Blink 182 drummer appeared slightly dazed and weak, during the live broadcast of MTV’s finale for Total Request Live, but said: “I feel better every day.”
During the interview, Travis, who suffered severe burns that kept him in the hospital for a month, assured his fans that all is well.
“I’m already playing my drums again,” he revealed. “I’m already back in the studio.”
As for what it’s like to be back behind the drumkit, Travis explained, “It was like riding a bike. It was really exciting to know i still had my chops.”
Travis recently celebrated his 33rd birthday on November 14th and was seen out for an intimate dinner in West Hollywood hitting up Nobu with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler and there two young children, Landon and Alabama,
The other survivor of the plane crash, Adam “DJ AM” Goldstein, who was also hospitalized with severe burns, has already gotten back out on the road, performing with Jay-Z during his recent concert tour.
