Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson to get engaged in Paris?

There’s a new report that Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson are to get engaged in Paris. Truly does anyone really care anymore?  Samantha, who flew in from the States yesterday to perform at London’s Chinawhite last night, has a series of work functions in the capital. According to sources Sam and Lindsay are in London first to help Ronson whose brother Mark is a well known DJ and music producer, raise her profile on that side of the pond. Along with Lindsay, she’s due back on Saturday and, fittingly, is set to DJ at Soho’s Cafe de Paris.

The happy couple fly out from London tomorrow for a romantic getaway to Paris where according to the UK Daily Mirror, the lovers will choose their rings. And then supposedly they’ll head back to London, where Sam has been DJing, and announce their engagement to the world.

Meanwhile on Wednesday Samantha kicked off her UK DJ tour at London’s Chinawhite clubwith G.F. Lindsay at her side. However, Lohan’s ex lover, Calum Best, decided to show up at Ronson’s gig in an obvious move for some attention, which marred the girls’ night out.

An insider revealed to the Daily Mail, “Lindsay was horrified when she found out Calum was there and refused to talk to him. Samantha gets jealous of her former male lovers, and Lindsay didn’t want to upset her.”

Well sure because they’re getting engaged don’t you know!
