Jennifer Aniston responds to Angelina Jolie comments in Vogue interview

In the December issue of Vogue (via US), a reporter Jonathan Van Meter, got Jennifer Aniston to talk a bit about some recent comments Angelina Jolie made. Angelina indicated by timeline implications that she and Brad Pitt had started their romance while he was still married to Jen.
When first asked about what Jolie said, Aniston asked the reporter, to turn off the tape recorder for a moment.
She did, however, offer one thing that she wanted on the record: She said she was bothered that Jolie felt the need to recount a detailed timeline of exactly how she fell in love with Brad Pitt on the set of Mr. & Mrs. Smith. Aniston said:
“There was stuff printed there that was definitely from a time when I was unaware that it was happening. I felt those details were a little inappropriate to discuss.”
Aniston then shook her head in disbelief and further commented.
“That stuff about how she couldn’t wait to get to work every day? That was really uncool.”
I think it’s hard for some of us to comprehend how difficult it must be to have to hear about this stuff publicly when your marriage ended badly like Jen’s did. She’s still seems ripped up by the whole thing but tries to be reasonable, while her beloved ex found a kindred spirit who just goes for what she wants.
Asked if she ever speaks to Pitt, Aniston said that they have exchanged “a few very kind hellos … and congratulations on your babies.”
She stressed that the two “had an amicable split … The marriage didn’t work out.”
Aniston also said she and her mother Nancy who showed comfort to enemy Pitt after the split, are in the middle of a slow reconciliation.
As for her on-again romance with notorious womanizer John Mayer, Aniston said, “People need to mind their own business! Did you ever think Claudia Schiffer and David Copperfield made sense?”
“Love just shows up.”
Of Mayer bragging about dumping her the first time around, Aniston said, “Trust me, you’ll never see that happen again from that man.”
Okay then! Jen also indicated she still wants children (but is not pregnant contrary to some tabloid reports)!
