Britney Spears rushes Jayden to hospital after suspected seizure?
As we posted this weekend Britney Spears flew her boys home to Louisiana on a private jet with her dad Jamie on Friday, the morning after her surprise appearance onstage with Madonna in Los Angeles. It was the first time Britney has been allowed to leave California with sons Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden since their dad K-Fed was given full custody in July. The special week-long visit was to steal some family time ahead of Britney’s forthcoming promotional tour of her new album ‘Circus’. But the restful family time has reportedly turned chaotic after Britney’s two-year-old son Jayden was rushed to the hospital after he suffered a suspected seizure. UK Daily Mail sources say Jayden suffered the suspected seizure out of the blue, at about 3pm yesterday. There source reported:
‘One minute Britney and her sons were relaxing and enjoying their first visit to Kentwood in months, and the next minute Jayden had fallen ill. He was vague and unresponsive so Britney dialed an ambulance. But she was told it would take half an hour to arrive, so the entire Spears clan made the 25-mile dash to Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Centre, Mississippi. Doctors were unable to pinpoint the problem right away and kept the toddler in for overnight observation. Britney who of course was very upset, refused to leave his side and asked for a bed next to him in the ward. Ex-husband, rapper Kevin Federline, is now believed to be making plans to jet out of Los Angeles to also be at Jayden’s bedside. We take these types of reports seriously and will report back if this is some kind of stupid hoax, but it sounds real so we hope and wish Jayden a speedy recovery.
Update: TMZ claims the reason Jayden went to the hospital was NOT a seizure, but something he ate. We don’t know yet if it was just something that didn’t agree with him, or whether it was something he shouldn’t have put in his mouth. The official Britney Spears website had the following posted:
“Jayden James Federline was admitted to the Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center on Sunday, November 9th. Doctors concluded he had a reaction to something he ingested. He is expected to be discharged tomorrow.”
