Taylor Swift answers embarrassing Joe Jonas question on Ellen DeGeneres show

Ellen DeGeneres either didn’t do her research or just wanted to get a reaction from teenage singer Taylor Swift during during taping of her show [Airing Nov. 11]. Ellen joked about Taylor’s romance with ex-boyfriend Joe Jonas, apparently unaware the young couple had split when she held up a photo of the two of them together and asked about the secret romance. Oops! But the funny moment became a bit awkward when Swift revealed the couple had split. She said:
“That guy’s not in my life anymore, unfortunately… That’s ouch!”
But as DeGeneres apologized, stating, “I thought that y’all were still together. Aw, snap!””
Swift showed she’s not really happy with Joe, particularly how he broke up with her, as she jumped in with:
“That’s OK… I’m not even gonna be able to remember the boy who broke up with me over the phone in 27 seconds when I was 18 (in years to come).”
Ellen was able to make amends having Justin Timberlake on hand to hug her guest after Taylor confessed to having a huge crush on the pop star. A thrilled Swift said, “This makes it all better.”
