Charlize Theron settles faithless watch wearing suit & negotiates to play alongside Tom Cruise

According to papers filed in Manhattan Federal Court Monday, Charlize Theron has reportedly settled the $20 million breach of contract lawsuit against her, The suit was filed last year, Charlize apparently made a hefty deal with Swiss watchmaker Raymond to exclusively wear their watches but showed up at a press conference in 2006 with a Christian Dior watch strapped to her wrist. While the details were not released, the papers do say that the suit will be discontinued as long as the terms of the settlement are completed within 30 days. I am guessing the settlement doesn’t involve money.
In more positive news, Charlize is in talks to join Tom Cruise in the remake of cult 2005 French thriller Anthony Zimmer. The project, to be retitled The Tourist, is about a female agent to be played by Theron on the hunt for an elusive ex-boyfriend Cruise, who becomes a wanted man.
