Lindsay Lohan causing problems on Ugly Betty set?

Looks like Lindsay Lohan is still rubbing people in her industry the wrong way. Sources on the set of Ugly Betty have claimed Lindsay and America Ferrera weren’t exactly BFFs behind the scenes.
In one episode, America’s character exacts revenge on high school nemesis played by Lindsay by pantsing her (pulling her pants down) during the shoot, however Lindsay wasn’t wearing any underwear!
But, a source close to Lohan is quick to defend her, saying that it was all America’s fault, and that Lindsay has broken her commando habit and “wears underwear all the time now!” Small blessings!
The pal says that America pulled down her pants during a rehearsal when she wasn’t supposed to carry through with the action. Lindsay was so embarrassed “she started crying.”
On set sources tell Page Six, Lohan acted in rock star like fashion showing up flanked by her entourage, smoking like a chimney, and trashed her dressing room enough that it had to be repainted. In addition, Lohan “would obsessively cut pictures of herself out of the tabloids like she was creating some sort of scrapbook.” Lindsay also supposedly refused to come to set until the show’s star, America Ferrera, was there first.
Lindsay’s pal retorts it was the cast of Fringe that messed up the dressing room, and that Lindsay only travels with her sober companion, her manager, assistant and [girlfriend] Samantha Ronson.
In any case Lindsay’s antics ended up costing her some work when Ugly Betty studio execs decided to shorten her stint on the show from six episodes to four. Not something that would normally happen if things were going well.
Lindsay’s rep responded to the schedule cutback by saying: “Lindsay was scheduled for six episodes and is appearing in four but had a lovely time.” Doesn’t sound like everyone had such a lovely time while Lindsay was around though.
