Kevin Costner’s wife Christine Baumgartner expecting second child

Kevin Costner and his wife Christine Baumgartner (above) are pregnant with their second child and are expecting a son, according to Star Magazine. Costner wed Baumgartner who is a handbag designer in September 2004. The pair welcomed a son, Cayden Wyatt Costner, into the world in May, 2007. He recently told America’s Parade magazine he never thought he’d be starting a second family with Baumgartner – but had to agree to have kids with her before she’d marry him.
He said, “For years, fear kept me from marrying Christine. Christine wanted a child, but I was afraid I couldn’t be an effective father.
“She said, ‘I’m about children. If you want to be with me, if you want to get married, you should know that’s part of my make-up.’ “I woke up and thought, ‘Am I going to lose a beautiful woman who is willing to be with me to my very last breath because I am afraid to say yes to a child?’ That’s all it took. I decided I was not going to miss out on love.”
The actor has three grown-up children from his first marriage to childhood sweetheart Cindy Silva.
