It’s official Madonna and Guy Ritchie are divorcing

Well we suspected the marriage was probably over sooner then later (check our many previous posts but we’re surprised now to get confirmation. The morning after the UK Sun (see our post here) reported the marriage between was in it’s final death throes, Madge’s spokesperson just confirmed that the marriage is done.
Madge and Guy’s joint statement delivered by their reps, said they are divorcing after nearly 8 years of marriage. The statement went on to say that the two want privacy (not likely) and a settlement has not been reached. The divorce proceedings will probably take place in London but Madge will probably settle back in the US. A cougar like Madonna soon to be single again should be interesting. A-Rod is also now single, just saying.
