A lot of people died, many are suffering, families trying to get through that tragedy..to make a flip remark like that is....bordering on obscene. A retraction would be in order, I think. I do think it was an off the cuff remark but a bit of sensitivity in realizing it was in poor taste would be appropriate. Wow.
