This is a very good year for Ellen DeGeneres. Ellen turned 50 this year and married her partner Portia de Rossi. Now joining the likes of Christie Brinkley, Cybill Shepherd, Cheryl Tiegs, the not so come hither beauty is the new face of CoverGirl. On Tuesday’s Ellen DeGeneres Show, she confirmed the news an then jokingly poses as a model. “That’s the first thing they teach you when you’re a CoverGirl,” she quips.Although her campaign is not set to launch until January, Ellen gave her audience a glimpse at what goes on behind the scenes at a CoverGirl shoot. “Its a very cool thing Im honored and the photo shoot was ‘easy, breezy, beautiful CoverGirl’”
