Britney Spears turns her attention to Russell Brand?

If this is true, then despite Britney Spears improving mental health, she still seems to work on the men she chooses to date.

Britney has supposedly turned her attention Russell Brand, a former drug user who has been treated for sex addition.

The pair were seen enjoyed an intimate dinner last night at Hollywood’s Little Red Door restaurant, where they arrived and left separately in an apparent effort to avoid being photographed together. The two previously worked together on promos and appeared together on Sunday night’s MTV Video Music Awards, where the British comedian played host while Britney scooped up three awards.

What’s also interesting is that Brand who has dated Kate Moss and Sadie Frost and is known as quite the The Lothario, had previously said he had fallen in love with Australian Teresa Palmer, even going so far as to say: ‘There’s no more womanizing.’

But just hours before the perhaps ‘romantic’ dinner with Spears last night, Russell told reporters he was back on the prowl after a three-month relationship with Palmer, describing himself as  ‘footloose and fancy free’.
