Balthazar Getty’s wife not in a hurry to file for divorce?

This is an interesting development in the Balthazar Getty – Sienna Miller affair. Balthazar’s wife Rosetta Millington (pictured right with him) is not planning to file for divorce anytime soon and it’s not because she wants her husband back. According to TMZ, ‘Rosetta doesn’t want to declare the marriage over, because it would allow the philandering Balthazar to separate future earnings from her. She’s the one raising their four kids, and she feels she’s more financially secure if she doesn’t file for divorce.
It’s unclear how strong Rosetta’s financial position is. Balthazar however, is pulling in a fair amount of money from “Brothers and Sisters.” Supposedly though the Getty family is so appalled at Balthazar’s affair with Miller, they are supporting her emotionally and perhaps financially. So if Balthazar ever decides he wants to marry Sienna, he’s going to have to be the one filing for divorce perhaps.
