Proof that Britney Spears will perform at MTV VMA’s?

MSN got a hold of this video of this video showing Britney rehearsing a routine. Hey, it’s cool to see Brit at work but I am skeptical that this means she will perform at the VMA’s.
the best part of the VMA’s was Kanye West’s performance at the end… the worst part was the host (what’s with the accent?)
