It appears it wasn’t just an ordinary concerned citizen that called the police to alert them that a driver who turned out to be Heather Locklear was driving erratically. The woman who actually called 911 on Heather is a former Us Weekly staffer named Jill Ishkanian who was under investigation by the FBI. She allegedly hacked into Us Weekly’s computer system to locate celebrities after she left the magazine.

Jill as it turns out was following Heather in the Montecito area, and watched the actress go into a market. While Heather was coming back to her car, Jill was apparently busy calling 911 and tipping off the paparazzi who were on the scene for the arrest. Mind you at the time Heather hadn’t even started the car yet.

And apparently Jill is the only witness who says Locklear was driving erratically and claiming she was probably drunk, though it’s been established she was not under the influence of alcohol. Mind you in the photos and to the police on the scene Heather was looking pretty bewildered and out of it, but who knows maybe she was just in shock? Drug tests the cops administered will answer that question.

Anyway in regards to Jill’s role in this caper TMZ is the one reporting her alleged role in the arrest. And give them credit for that because they broke the story and obtained the photos from the on scene paparazzi, so they are probably feeling a bit red faced about perhaps being duped.

Update: Police have received calls from other witnesses who tell the same basic story Ishkanian told. An official says Ishkanian went to a police station on Saturday night and gave a written statement of what she saw and also told her story, which is on tape. He added, “There’s no reason to believe the witness is less than credible.”

There’s been a lot of recent publicity about Sharon Stone’s recent court battle to move her son Roan down to L.A. Indications were that the judge ruled in her ex husbands favor as to not disturb the childs life growing up in the bay area. Apparently theres a lot more to the story.

The court has released what it calls the “Tentative Statement of Decision.” It is a highly sensitive document, which outlines a bitter, ongoing battle between Stone and ex-husband, Phil Bronstein.

The document seems to indicate Stone is an alarmist parent who has gone off the deep end over and over again. Among many things, the judge says,

“Mother appears to overreact to many medical issues involving Roan.” In one case, the judge describes Stone believing Roan had a spinal condition, but “there was no evidence to support this allegation.”

And the judge goes on to say:

“Another example of an overreaction is that Mother suggested that Roan should have Botox injections in his feet to resolve a problem he had with foot odor. As Father appropriately noted, the simple and common sense approach of making sure Roan wore socks with his shoes and used foot deodorant corrected the odor problem without the need for any invasive procedure on this young child.”

The judge continues with: “Unfortunately, the problem caused by Mother’s overreactions is painfully real for this child.”

TMZ seems to indicate there are many other specifics that they choose not to publish.

The judge says at one point, responding to Stone’s argument that she put her career on hold for Roan: “if Mother has, in fact, limited her career to make herself available for Roan, she has done little to make this evident to Roan, his school or this Court.” Ouch!

Regardless of the reasons why, let me say that Clay Aiken did the right thing coming clean, and we doubt he’s in dire need of extra cash.

But nevertheless it turns out People magazine, which scored the first pictures of Clay and baby son Parker (along with the unsurprising “I’m gay!” interview) reportedly paid $500,000 for the scoop.

According to a NY Post article, People was bidding against OK!Magazine but their [new editorial director] Kent Brownridge passed because he loathes to pay large sums for exclusives.

Salma Hayek hit the Balenciaga fashion show in Paris Tuesday with her Ex-fiancé Francois-Henri Pinault, the father of her one-year-old daughter Valentina Paloma.  A witness said:

“[They were] very friendly together, looking happy. They weren’t holding hands but were definitely side by side.”

It caps a low-key week in Paris during which Hayek, 42, and Pinault, 46, owner of the fashion house have spent a great deal of time together privately. The couple’s public outing comes just weeks after they were spotted together in Los Angeles.

Jimmy Kimmel and ex Sarah Silverman were seen over the weekend, holding hands at a Thai karaoke bar in Hollywood.

After seeing photographers, Kimmel looked like he wanted to run as her covered his face, while Silverman smiled and walked forward.

But a rep is downplaying any rekindling of romance, telling Us Magazine: “They remain close friends.”

There still seems to be strong emotions between the two.  Sarah recently thanked Kimmel when she picked up her award at the Creative Arts Emmys for the satirical music video “I’m F—— Matt Damon” earlier this month.

“Thanks to the person for whom this whole video was made: Jimmy Kimmel, who broke my heart – ohh, who’ll always have a place in my heart,” Silverman said.

Jack Osbourne 22, was hailed a hero last night after reportedly pouncing on a mugger who snatched a woman’s purse.   Jack who is the son of former X Factor judge Sharon and rocker Ozzy Osbourne noticed the mugger as he strolled near a coffee shop on Marylebone High Street, central London.

Jack a fitness and martial arts fanatic, chased after the thief, before wrestling him to the ground and pinning him in an arm lock yesterday afternoon.  After making a citizen’s arrest he and fellow shoppers held the mugger until police arrived.

A witness who saw the incident said of Jack: “He was amazing. He ran after the mugger like a man possessed—a real hero. It happened so quickly. But Jack spotted it, easily beat him in the race over 20 metres and pushed him to the ground. Whatever technique he used meant the robber couldn’t escape. The girl was very grateful, but Jack was very modest.”

A police spokesman confirmed the incident and Jack’s feat last night.

Victoria and David Beckham (photo right) were at Macy’s department store in New York looking fabulous as they launch their new his ‘n’ hers perfumes. But the former Spice Girl has revealed a less glamorous side to herself. According to the UK’s Sun, Victoria who famously claims to sleep in the nude, must be quite an odd sight then wearing socks and mittens in bed as part of her beauty regime.

Posh covers her hands and feet with moisturizing cream every night and then she puts on white cotton gloves and thick socks to keep her extremities baby soft, leaving David, baffled. Posh says:

“David must think I’m loony, because I get into bed with gloves and socks on,” she says. “I put really thick foot lotion on with socks before I go to sleep. I also use thick hand cream with gloves at the same time.”

Well we admire the devotion (sort of)? Posh has also admitted to being obsessed with her eyebrows. She’s always brushing them and careful not to overpluck! I guess it’s tougher then it looks being so glamorous.
