Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen have decided to settle down in LA?

Looks like Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen have decided to settle in L.A. Sources close to the supermodel and the star quarterback tell TMZ, that they have closed a deal to buy a plot of land in Brentwood for more than $11 million. That’s some expensive land but it’s apparently on Arnold Schwarzenegger’s street, and that’s an expensive neighborhood!
A side benefit for Brady is that he will be closer to his kid, that he had with Bridget Moynahan. It is also his birth state. As you can imagine if you pay $11 million for the land, the house you build is going to cost a pretty penny.
But don’t worry besides all the money the power couple makes, they both have their Manhattan apartments on the market. Gisele has slashed her asking price from $10.9 to $5.9 million since the original listing last September, the Wall Street Journal reports.
Brady, however, has hiked the price tag on his Columbus Circle home to $18.29 million, says the paper. Bundchen’s 1,700-sq.-ft. triplex, was bought in 2002 for almost $3 million, while Brady’s 3,000-sq.ft. condo has three bedrooms and overlooks Central Park. Brady purchased the pad in 2006 for $14 million.
