Anna Faris is a funny bunny

Comedic actress Anna Faris researched her role as a Playboy outcast in for her new movie ‘House Bunny’ by wandering around Hugh Hefner’s famous Holmby Hills, California mansion. In the film, the “Scary Movie” star plays a Playboy bunny who becomes a sorority mother at college after she’s kicked out of the mansion. And to get a feel for life at Hefner’s Playboy mansion, Faris spent time there.
She says, “There are peacocks wandering around and beautiful girls and oddly placed bottles of baby oil.
“I checked out the grotto, but I didn’t go in. There’s the old addage you might get pregnant.”
And Faris is planning a return trip - House Bunny’s premiere party will be held at the Playboy Mansion.
She giggles, “I’m taking my mum.”
Apparently the Playboy experience agreed with Anna. She graces the cover of Playboy magazine’s September issue and is featured in the magazine’s 20 questions section. Faris almost went from cover star to all-nude centerfold during the Playboy magazine shoot because photographers made her feel so sexy. She explains, “I felt really sexy. I found myself totally getting into it. I was like, ‘Let’s just take it all off.’”
Faris tells Eonline her publicist had to step in to stop her from baring all.
But the 31-year-old actress insists she hasn’t always been a beauty, at school she was such a plain Jane she didn’t start dating until her senior year.
She tells the men’s magazine that when she was in high school she “felt unattractive, short and self-conscious.”
Faris says, “…and I would purposely emphasize that by doing odd things.”
“I wore glasses, braces, odd hairdos and dumpy clothes. I was clumsy and awkward. When I was a freshman I wore a Christmas tree skirt as a cape. I couldn’t get any dates until senior year.”

On her birthday, she is unceremoniously evicted from Hef’s pad for ‘being too old.’ Homeless and without essential skills, Shelley wanders around L.A. until she finds a new job–the housemother at the most unpopular sorority on campus.
