According to Jennifer Aniston’s friends she did the dumping of John Mayer!

Contrary to first reports, sources close to Jennifer Aniston say that she’s the one who did the dumping in the breakup with her ex-boyfriend John Mayer! I have to say here Jen’s friends and PR people always seem to spin things her way. But her ‘friends’ tell the Chicago Sun Times:

“It’s Jen who decided to move on. She is very fond of John and has thought he might be the one. She finds him funny, sexy and very talented. … Plus he understands all the aspects of living in a fishbowl. But in the final analysis, she just got tired of his roving eye.”

The two had seemed inseparable since April but apparently Mayer’s eyes were wandering when he found some daylight. Jennifer supposedly gave Mayer a “three strikes and you’re out” ultimatum after learning about his flings with a cocktail waitress and a promoter’s assistant for his concert tour.

But, it looks like John couldn’t keep his labito and ego in check and allegedly had a liaison with a groupie.

Apparently Jen somehow found out and strike three and John Mayer’s out!

Another Jen friend said, “Above everything else, Jennifer is looking for stability and loyalty in a relationship. She still is hurting from losing Brad [Pitt] to Angelina [Jolie] — even after all this time.”

Immediately after the announcement of the breakup Jen was supposedly spotted in public cozying up to actress Selma Blair’s ex, model Matt Felker. He appeared in Britney’s Toxic music video and is now working on a movie called Who Is Brad Len. Anyway I didn’t mention this story when it broke because my sources say Jen’s never even met Matt.

However Jen is certainly on the lookout for a new man.  She’s so desperate to not be alone, she’s even got her “camp” scouting out guys for her, according to reports.

Apparently her people have been looking for someone to set her up with, even before news broke out that she and John Mayer were over.

One industry insider says, “I got a call from someone very, very close to Jen over the weekend, asking if I knew anyone who might want to go out on a date with her.

The insider adds: “They weren’t being very discreet about it — the news hadn’t even broken yet that she and John split. You’d think of all people, Jen Aniston wouldn’t need to use people in her camp as a dating service.”
