Elizabeth Hurley down on the farm for Reality TV

Elizabeth Hurley, 43, appears to be heading for the elephant graveyard of celebrities. The English model and actress is turning her newly found ‘farm life’ into a reality TV show. The new show will focus on Hurley’s life in a country setting. The show will also give viewers opportunities to join her and her husband, businessman Arun Nayar, on their lavish 400-acre farm/estate. Which according to reports, was recently purchased in the Cotswolds for 3.3 million pounds. Hurley hopes the series will help show a completely different facet of herself, presumably to demonstrate she is a down-to-earth mortal just like the rest of us.  She tells of her motivation  for the reality show saying:

“I know that people always imagine me with perfect hair and stuck in high heels since I was a child, but that is not who I am, at least not all the time.” 

She went on to say:

“Even my husband got a surprise the first time that he saw me in the country. He found me in some Wellingtons covered in mud, with holes in my jersey, and he thought that I was playing a joke on him. But we English are not as elegant as we seem.”
