Sienna Miller sues over topless photos ‘exposing’ her affair with Balthazzar Getty
Posted on July 23rd, 2008 by Hot MommaSienna Miller has filed a lawsuit against UK tabloids, The Sun and The News of the World and photo agency Big Pictures, for publishing pictures of her topless whoring it up with her married lover Balthazzar Getty. The lawsuit, filed today in London, claims her privacy was violated. Of course if you don’t want everyone to see you cavorting around topless with your married boyfriend, then maybe get a room?
Sienna has a history of successfully suing over nude photos with the same tabloids. This past December, The Sun and The News of the World, paid her almost $80,000 for publishing intrusive photos of her.
