Britney Spears’ new songs vent at those close to her
Britney Spears has reportedly recorded seven songs on her next album, that vent at family and those close to her . In a song called “ATM” about all her family members, some of the lyrics suggest their is still some tension with her mom Lynne.
According to the Sunday UK Mirror, the lyrics for “AMT” go: “Hey Mama, I know it’s my cash you seek. You know they treat me like an ATM, but y’all know that I’m too good for ‘em.”
Brit not only targets her family, but apparently she wrote a song about Justin Timberlake called “Already Bad.” The lyrics go, “I know you thought you were the first, but I had already quenched my thirst, I was already bad.”
Sounds like Brit suggests/confirms she wasn’t a virgin (as rumored) when she hooked up with Justin.
An music industry insider said: “The songs are up tempo and there are some wicked heavy beats. She’s built on the foundations she laid in her last album, Blackout.
It shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise that Britney has a little rage in her heart for what she’s been through in the wake of her breakdown and recovery. Hopefully the song writing will be therapeutic for her and provide the outlet she needs.
