Britney Spears makes public appearance for good cause

Britney Spears made a rare public appearance for a good cause last night attending a fundraiser for Jenny McCarthy’s charity Generation Rescue in Los Angeles. The event for autism was held at McCarthy’s home in Brentwood and was sponsored by Snow Queen Vodka. McCarthy’s, six year old son, Evan, has autism.

Brit was observed to be in great spirits while sipping on some red wine. Other guests included Jim Carrey (of course), Charlie Sheen and his new wife Brooke Mueller. Rose McGowan and her boyfriend Robert Rodriguez also attended and are said to have “kissed and danced all night,” so the reports of their breakup were either premature or they’ve reconciled. Britney was “looking happy,” an eyewitness says. “She looked incredible – like the Britney we used to know. She was clapping and smiling a lot.”
Brit was dressed in basic black and her hair and makeup looked fabulous!
