Salma Hayek and billionaire fiance split up

Salma Hayek’s dream wedding isn’t happening! Hayek’s spokesperson announced the engagement of her client and Francois-Henri Pinault has been called off. “There will be no further comment,” she said in a statement.
Salma began seeing Francois-Henri – who is head of the luxury goods firm that owns Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent and Balenciaga – in 2006 after meeting him in Venice. The announcement comes just ten months after the couple welcomed daughter Valentina Paloma, who was born in LA. The pair announced their engagement at the same time Hayek announced her pregnancy.
Salma revealed in April that the couple had something of a unique relationship, with Francois being based in Paris, and her and Valentina living in LA. “To most women it’s crazy. But every relationship is unique,” she said at the time.
Apparently “the unique” arrangement didn’t work out well!
The writing was on the wall. Seemed like it was more of an arrangement then anything else.
It was likely to happen one day. Salma won’t be feeling bad I guess.
