Scott Bakula to star with Ray Romano in TNT drama pilot
Scott Bakula has reportedly signed up to star opposite Ray Romano and Andre Braugher in TNT’s drama pilot “Men of a Certain Age.”
The new show will revolve around three men in their 40s, friends since college, who now find themselves going through midlife crises of various sorts. The concept is described as akin to the movie “Sideways” in tone. Emmy winner Scott Winant has come on board to direct the pilot from Romano and Mike Royce.
Romano will play Joe, a neurotic divorced dad who hoped to become a pro golfer but now owns a party store. His two best friends are a stressed-out car salesman-dad (Andre Braugher) and an aspiring actor… Bakula’s character Terry is a handsome, intelligent but struggling-to-make-it actor.
Bakula recently finished shooting a starring role opposite Matt Damon in the Steven Soderbergh film “The Informant” for Warner Bros.

Hmmm..let’s see how things turn out for him. I like him by the way.
