Details of Christopher Ciccone’s tell-all book on sister MadonnaThe UK Sun has revealed some of the juicy details that Madonna’s traitorous brother, Christopher Ciccone, will unleash in his upcoming “warts and all” biography on the Queen of Pop, called Life With My Sister Madonna.

Among the supposed bombs dropped in the tell-all-book:

  • Details of Madonna’s volatile marriage to Hollywood actor Sean Penn
  • Likewise details behind her problems with current husband Guy Ritchie including the current homesick Madonna supposedly desperate to return permanently to New York. But Guy is said to want to remain in London, seeing it as a better home for their three kids.
  • Madge’s drug use with leading showbiz executives
  • Madonna flirtations with pal Gwyneth Paltrow which included a full on the mouth kiss, leaving watching partygoers stunned and amazed

A source tells the newspaper, “The book is a warts-and-all account. Chris was there for all the key moments in Madonna’s life. There is no-one better placed to tell the real story behind Madonna’s public image.”

Ciccone is one of five of Madonna’s siblings and has worked closely with Madonna in the past. However the pair have grown further apart, and now Ciccone has decided to sign a huge deal to tell his story (and cash in).
