Alex Rodriguez and his wife have split-up?

Posted on July 3rd, 2008 by Hot Momma

Alex Rodriguez and his wife have split-up?The NY Daily News reported Wednesday night, citing an anonymous source, that NY Yankees star Alex Rodriguez (A-Rod) and wife, Cynthia, have separated after having “problems” for about three months. The reported split-up comes just three months after the birth of their daughter, Ella Alexander.

News of the breakup comes a day after we reported here that A-Rod has been spending a lot of time lately with fellow rumored to have a failing marriage, Madonna. Rodriguez refused to address the topic on three occasions Tuesday, once saying “no” when asked if he had any comment.

While A-Rod faces the Madonna rumors, a new story surfaced from PerezHilton.com that Cynthia Rodriguez, 34, was having a fling with rocker Lenny Kravitz.

Cynthia Rodriguez’s mother, Evangeline Scurtis, denied reports that her daughter had gone on a romantic getaway with rocker Lenny Kravitz to Paris.

“She is not! I know that,” Scurtis told The Daily News.

Scurtis however repeatedly declined comment when asked about her daughter’s relationship with Rodriguez.

The couple was married in November 2002 and has two children, Natasha Alexander and Ella Alexander, who was born April 21. This is not the first time that the marriage has been shaken. In May 2007, Cynthia Rodriguez endured the embarrassment of photos published of her husband entering a Toronto strip club with Scores dancer Joslyn Noel Morse. At the time, she packed her bags and bolted from their East Side pad, but eventually Alex and Cynthia were able to patch things up.

I can’t believe this! Is this a break-up season or rumours season?
