Anne Hathaway’s cooperation with FBI led to ex-boyfriends arrest?

There is speculation that Anne Hathaway’s cooperated with the FBI prior to her troubled boyfriend’s arrest. Raffaello Follieri was arrested for an alleged $6 million con job, where he allegedly fleeced real estate investors by posing as an agent of the Vatican so he could live in a posh Fifth Ave. pad and jet around the globe. The 29-year-old Italian businessman, is charged wire-fraud and money-laundering charges that could put him in jail for 20 years. The 18-page indictment charges Follieri boasted of meeting Pope Benedict and of being tapped as the Vatican’s No. 1 man on U.S. real estate deals. It also says he used his unidentified investor’s money to hire a pair of monsignors who helped pump up his credentials as a church wheeler-dealer. Follieri, a fixture at Hathaway’s side for more then three-years, remains locked up on $21 million bail.
According to the NY Daily News a friend of the jailed Follieri suspects the starlet spoke with the FBI shortly before they arrested him. “It makes sense,” the friend said. “She’s referred to as his former girlfriend in the indictment even though her spokesman never confirmed they broke up.”
Hathaway, who is not identified by name in the criminal complaint, split with Follieri shortly before his arrest last week.
“I think that in return for her cooperation, the feds held off on arresting Follieri until she was out of the country,” the friend said. Hathaway’s camp has declined to comment on Follieri’s legal troubles.

There are two cases
case one she has been tricked and betrayed by this man and she could have a conscious.
Case two, Just to make sure she could get away with it and he would get all the blame.
Or in other words either she is innocent and was really tricked, or she is a dirty little bitch trying to get the better of everything and gets away with because she looks so innocent.
In case of the last, I hope she’ll get punished by the full extend of the law and much more since she is a role model for many young girls. And for being so utterly stupid for doing this since she has a wonderful promising movie career.
I wonder if she got immunity in change for helping the FBI?
Mostly that is just a way of getting away with it, very sleazy.
Actually I just don’t trust these two.
