Wesley Snipes requests to leave America to pay taxes

Wesley Snipes’ lawyer has reportedly asked the judge overseeing his tax case to let the actor leave the country for work.
The action hero actor wants the judge to give him his passport back, so he can work to earn money “to satisfy his civil tax liabilities.”
Snipes wants to work on two films, Gallowwalker and Chasing the Dragon in London and in Bangkok, Thailand.
While he is appealing his conviction, the US Attorney’s Office have a motion before the court asking that Snipes be incarcerated while his appeal is pending. Will the Feds take the risk to allow Snipes to earn money abroad to pay his taxes, rather than stick him in a cell at tax payer’s expense? Probably not!
